Eric Rudolph

Eric Rudolph is a seasoned professional in U.S. trade, economic sanctions, and export controls, with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles. They served as Assistant General Counsel at Sensata Technologies from 2006 to 2013, where they provided principal counsel on a range of regulatory matters and led international law department management. In their subsequent roles, including President of Rudolph Export Consulting, Inc. and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, they specialized in international trade compliance consulting and helped various industries navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Currently, as Managing Director at FTI Consulting, they lead the Export Controls and Sanctions Practice for the Americas, enhancing compliance programs for clients. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
