Heather Mehler

Heather Mehler is currently a Director in Technology and Discovery Case Management at FTI Consulting, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Heather worked as an Associate at Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg LLP from 2005 to 2007 and spent over a decade at Debevoise & Plimpton, where they served as a Senior Litigation Analyst, Senior Litigation Case Manager, and Litigation Case Manager. Heather earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Law from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
