Hein Coops

Hein Coops is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, specializing in financial restructuring and corporate finance since 2015. With a wealth of experience in distressed situations, Hein has a proven track record in debt advisory, M&A processes, and operational financial management. Prior to this role, Hein served as a Director in the Global Restructuring Group at The Royal Bank of Scotland and held positions at Loyens & Loeff and ABN AMRO. Hein completed a Master’s in Law with a focus on Tax Law from Leiden University and an LL.M. in International Tax Law from the London School of Economics.
