Holly Hou

Holly Hou is a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring Division, with experience that includes a role as a Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy Executive at EY-Parthenon, where Holly performed Independent Business Reviews and was involved in financial analysis and strategic option development. Prior experience includes a Financial Due Diligence Executive position at EY, focusing on M&A projects through historical financial analysis and the normalization of earnings, as well as serving as an Audit Executive, where supervision and coaching of audit teams were key responsibilities.
