James Leatherman is a battle-tested SRE leader and incident commander with extensive experience in performance engineering and observability. They previously served as Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Plastiq and have held senior roles at MUFG and TSYS, among others. James' expertise includes cloud migration, performance optimization, and incident management, having reduced production incident rates significantly during their tenure at T-Mobile. They earned a degree in Biology from Syracuse University and are currently the Director of Site Reliability and Observability at FTI Consulting.
