Josh Pollak

Josh Pollak, CPA, is the Managing Director of Transaction Services at FTI Consulting, a role they have held since 2025 after serving as a Senior Director from 2022 to 2025 and as Director prior. They previously worked at Grant Thornton LLP from 2016 to 2019, where they progressed from Audit Associate to Senior Audit Associate and then Audit Manager. Josh started their career as an Audit Intern at Nichols, Cauley, & Associates, LLC in 2013. They earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Georgia Southern University.
