Keith Constance

Keith Constance is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting's Risk & Investigations practice in Chicago. With over a decade of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and litigation support, they have supported clients facing inquiries from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, they spent six years as a Senior Accountant in the SEC's Division of Enforcement, conducting investigations into potential securities law violations. Keith also has experience as a Forensic Accountant at KPMG and as a Manager at Credibility Consulting. They hold a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The College of William and Mary, and are a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
