Mark Bezant

Mark Bezant is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting based in London, where they lead the Economic and Financial Consulting practice in EMEA and Asia-Pacific. With over 35 years of experience, they have advised on business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and more. Mark previously held partner positions at Andersen Business Consulting, Arthur Andersen, and Deloitte LLP, and served as Managing Director at LECG. They are also the founding former chairman of the Valuation community of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
