Mark Davies

Mark Davies is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where they lead the M&A, Value Creation, and Transformation service line. Mark has held various roles in the consulting industry, including Director at Alvarez & Marsal and Senior Director at FTI Consulting prior to their current position. With earlier experience as an Assistant Director at Deloitte and a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, Mark has established a strong foundation in finance and business management. They earned a Master of Science in Finance from The Open University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Science from UCL.
