Mark Rubin

Mark Rubin is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in consulting and tax management. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Tax at Corient since January 2025, Mark also holds the position of Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, beginning in 2006, where leadership of the Family Enterprise Services practice and the Private Client Tax practice is a key responsibility. Prior to FTI Consulting, Mark co-founded Relative Solutions LLC and served as a Senior Consultant from 1993 to 2006, focusing on family enterprise consulting. Mark’s career in taxation began at Price Waterhouse & Co., where tenure as a Senior Tax Manager lasted from 1981 to 1993.
