Matt Shaw is a Software Architect and Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience in building web applications and services. Previously, Matt served as a Senior Interactive Engineer/Architect at MTV Networks, where they played a key role in developing the internet's first major network video player and led media player development for various Viacom brands. As the Head of Engineering at Designlab, Matt managed all software development efforts and contributed to the growth of the engineering team. They co-founded Exotic Objects, focusing on creating software tools to enhance operational efficiencies, and currently hold the position of Senior Director of Software Solutions at FTI Consulting.
