Matthew Dempsey

Matthew Dempsey is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where they have been instrumental in public affairs and political communication since 2013. They previously served as Communications Director for the Environment and Public Works Committee in the U.S. Senate from 2009 to 2013 and held the role of Press Secretary for Senator James Inhofe from 2003 to 2008. A Denver native, they spent thirteen years in Washington, D.C., before returning to Denver. Matthew graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001.
