Michael Arch is a Senior Managing Director in Construction Solutions at FTI Consulting, where they provide independent analysis and expert evidence for arbitration and litigation proceedings. With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael has contributed to high-profile building and infrastructure projects both in the UK and internationally. They have served as the named Expert on multiple disputes involving quantum and delay issues and possess specialized knowledge in preparing expert reports and claim documents. Prior to their current role, Michael was a Senior Structural Engineer at Ramboll UK and a Structural Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease. They hold a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London.
