Michael Maloney

Michael Maloney is a Senior Advisor at FTI Consulting, specializing in forensic accounting investigations and regulatory matters. Previously, they served as Chief Accountant of the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2014 to 2018, overseeing significant financial reporting enforcement matters. Prior to this, they were President of Credibility International and held a leadership role in Navigant Consulting's Forensic Accounting practice. Michael began their career at Arthur Andersen, where they progressed from staff auditor to partner. They have also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, teaching MBA coursework in Forensic Accounting.
