Ryan Baker is a Managing Director in the Transactions practice at FTI Consulting, specializing in financial due diligence and consulting services for mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt issuances, and other capital transactions. With almost 20 years of experience, Ryan has successfully led over 100 transactions across industries such as technology, healthcare, and consumer products, with enterprise valuations ranging from $50M to $2B. Prior to FTI, Ryan held leadership roles at RSM US LLP and Moss Adams LLP, where Ryan spearheaded financial due diligence initiatives and contributed to significant team growth. Ryan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
