Sam Boswell

Sam Boswell is a Senior Consultant in Forensic & Litigation Consulting at FTI Consulting, where they support testifying experts in developing damages arguments for commercial disputes and forensic investigations. They have assessed economic harm in cases of breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and patent infringement, in addition to performing flow-of-funds analyses for forensic audits. Sam graduated magna cum laude from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics, complemented by a minor in Data Science. Their experience also includes participation in the Polsky Summer Accelerator at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and internships in forensic consulting.
