Todd Rahn

Todd Rahn is a Senior Managing Director and Bay Area Practice Leader for SEC & Accounting Advisory at FTI Consulting, where they advise clients on various accounting and reporting challenges. They previously served as an Assurance & Advisory Client Service Partner at Deloitte for seven years after accruing extensive experience in accounting since starting as audit staff at Aprio in 1996. Todd's career includes significant roles in both New York and London, focusing on technology, media, and telecommunications industries, and they have played a key role in the development of multi-jurisdictional accounting services. Todd earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
