Toni Dyson

Toni Dyson is a Senior Managing Director in the FTI European Tax Advisory Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting services for FTSE 100 companies and UK subsidiaries of US-listed firms. Toni’s expertise encompasses compliance, tax accounting, and corporate tax restructuring. Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2011, Toni held partner positions at Bourne Business Consulting and Lewis Dyson LLP, as well as leadership roles in various consulting firms. Toni is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Tax. Toni holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia.
