William Perlstein

William Perlstein is a Senior Managing Director and Global Leader of Forensic and Litigation Consulting Services at FTI Consulting, where they assist clients across key industries. With a distinguished career, William previously served as Co-Managing Partner at WilmerHale and Senior Deputy General Counsel at BNY Mellon, overseeing significant regulatory and legal affairs. An active member of several prestigious organizations, including the Council on Foreign Relations, William has contributed to law firm management and strategic planning initiatives, while also holding board positions in multiple organizations. They hold a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Union College, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
