Simone Gras has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting with ARTCONCEPT - WERBEAGENTUR in 2001 as a Kontakterin, they worked there until 2006. Simone then joined IMM Münz-Institut as a Marketingassistent for a few months before moving to BigXtra Touristik GmbH as a Direktmarketingmanager. In 2007, they joined FTI Touristik GmbH where they held multiple roles, including Print & Mediamanagement, Team Manager Print & Mediamanagement, Head of Print & Mediamanagement, Head of Consumer Marketing, and Senior Projektmanager. In 2020, they became the Head of Recruiting Talent & Culture at FTI GROUP.
Simone Gras completed their education at the IHK Akademie München from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a degree as a Geprüfte Fachfrau für Marketing / Bachelor Professional CCI of Marketing. Prior to that, they attended IHK München from 2002 to 2004, where they achieved a degree as a Werbekauffrau (IHK). In 2010, they were awarded the Meisterpreis der bay Staatsregierung by the IHK für München und Oberbayern.
