Our founder and CEO, Kwame J. Granderson is the managing partner of MHC Capital, LLC, and we are responsible for managing and developing its portfolio that consists of 24 mobile home communities with 3,500+ sites spread across Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

We are a full-service property management company within the Granderson Holdings umbrella of companies.  We have over 25 years of experience working hand in hand to service our clients from start to finish in their real estate investments.

Among FTI staff we have lawyers, accountants, bookkeepers, realtors, brokers, leasing specialists, maintenance managers, on-site mangers, handyman and licensed contractors. We offer alternatives along with real financial impacts, allowing clients to make informed decisions.

We have assisted our investors in managing their properties for both flips and buy and hold, renovations, maintenance, REAP, stabilization and tenanting or coordinating CFK depending on their needs. 

As our focus has shifted completely towards the mobile home park industry, we have developed a detailed logistics system for sourcing, hauling, setting up and renovation of homes to be hauled into communities to add value to mobile home park assets under management. 

Our on-site managers work closely with our well-oiled team of contractors and local professionals to ensure that the investment properties under our care are renovated and maintained to the highest standards.
