Lee Carlander

Lee Carlander currently serves as the Director of Business Development at FTI Services, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lee spent 15 years at Impulse Advanced Communications, ultimately advancing to Vice President of Sales Business Development. Previous experience includes account executive roles at Sprint Nextel, where corporate, public sector, and medium-sized business accounts on the Central Coast were managed, and Cox Business Services, where large enterprise accounts in Santa Barbara were serviced. Lee began a career in sales as a Sales Manager at Atlas Broadband, focusing on business development in the Printing and Graphics Industry. Lee holds a degree in Communication from the University of the Pacific, with earlier education at Santa Barbara City College.
