Marshall Gershon has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2016, they worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Overtime, where they recorded and created content for the company's social media platforms and attended meetings with potential investors. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Field & Outreach intern at Perry Gershon for Congress, where they collected signatures, knocked on doors to promote the candidate, and worked at campaign fundraisers. In 2019, they had a Summer Internship at Minute Media, where they spread the company's content on social media and created original content for 12up. In 2020, they were an Intern at ESPN and later became an Operations Manager at FTNnetwork. As an Operations Manager, they QA'd the website before launch, managed customer service and marketing, and worked closely with the CEO and COO on various tasks.
Marshall Gershon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Tulane University from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they acquired a certification in NYU Fundamentals of Global Sports Management from Yellowbrick Sports in April 2020.
