Dan Harvey

Dan Harvey has diverse work experience in the field of technical sales, training, and product management. Dan most recently worked at Backlight as a Technical Sales Engineer since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Tutor at the National Film & Television School from December 2015 to May 2021. Dan also worked at Boris FX and XTFX as a Technical pre-sales & training consultant and Business Development Manager, respectively, from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they were a Product Manager at The Pixel Farm from October 2010 to 2015. Dan has also worked as a freelancer, undertaking roles such as Colourist/Consultant and Graphic Designer. Earlier in their career, they served as an Application Engineer at Autodesk and a Product Specialist at Quantel. Overall, Dan Harvey has a strong background in the media industry, combining technical expertise, sales, and training skills.

Dan Harvey attended the University of Kent from 1982 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Drama. Dan obtained a Ba (Hons) in Drama upon completion of their studies.
