Janet Byrd is the current Customer Experience Manager at FTSI. Janet has held this position since October 2003. Prior to that, they were the Financial Secretary at Roebuck Park Christian School from August 2001 to September 2003. Before that, they were an Administrative Assistant at the State of Alabama from June 1974 to August 2001.
