Mark Woodall is currently the Contracts & Cash Services Manager at FTSI. Prior to this, they were with Restoration Hardware as their Receiving Leader from December 2016 to March 2018. There, they were responsible for adhering to tracking, documentation and control standards in order to reduce loss and maintain compliance. Mark also placed, tagged and secured merchandise in diverse designated areas, as well as loaded and unloaded boxes and pallets using safe operating procedures and correct equipment. Furthermore, Mark maintained and organized a customer database of over 600 clients just in California. Mark listened attentively to client feedback and worked with product development team to introduce revolutionary service expected to generate $6M in annual sales. Lastly, they delivered a high level of service to clients to both maintain and extend the relationships for future business opportunities.

Before Restoration Hardware, Mark was with Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as their Assistant Store Manager from November 2011 to December 2016. And before that, they were an undergraduate intern for Commuter Services at Azusa Pacific University from September 2009 to May 2011.

Mark Woodall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Azusa Pacific University. Mark attended Covina High School, where they completed college preparatory coursework.
