Andy Fleischman

Andy Fleischman is the current General Counsel at FTV Capital. Prior to this, they were a Corporate Partner at Kirkland & Ellis from October 2013 to January 2021. Andy has also worked as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from May 2012 to August 2012, and as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. William H. Pauley, III from June 2011 to August 2011. Andy Fleischman began their career as a Paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from June 2008 to May 2010.

Andy Fleischman attended Fordham University School of Law, where they earned their JD summa cum laude. Andy also attended Binghamton University, where they earned their BA magna cum laude. Additionally, they attended the University of Oxford.

Their manager is Brad Bernstein, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Liron Gitig - Board Partner, Robert Anderson - Partner, and Alex Mason - Partner.
