Gavin Gleave

Gavin Gleave has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. In 1999, they served as the Managing Director at Morgan Lovell. Following that, they founded and served as the Group Managing Director at Tétris-bluu from 2001 to 2004. Gavin then worked as an Executive Director at Connaught PLC from 2002 to 2004 and as an Executive Director at Mace from 2004 to 2005. In 2007, they worked as the Group Development Director at Capital City Group. Gavin Gleave also held various roles at F3GROUP, including Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to the present and Executive Chairman starting in September 2022. Additionally, they served as the CEO of IWS Group (part of F3) from 2005 to 2014. Currently, they are the CEO and founder of fu3e., starting from May 2021. Throughout their career, they have exhibited strong leadership skills and expertise in real estate, construction, and business entrepreneurship.

Gavin Gleave completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cranfield University. Gavin attended the university from 2001 to 2003.
