Gary Shive

Gary Shive is a seasoned professional in video streaming and systems engineering with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Video Streaming Engineer at fuboTV since August 2019, Shive previously held the position of Systems Engineer III at Charter, where responsibilities included managing and configuring video encoding platforms, successfully delivering over 900 MPEG-2/AVC linear programs. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Cisco as a Systems Engineer III, where contributions led to the successful transition of video processing vendors within Verizon's FiOS network. Additional roles include Director of Engineering at Globecast North America, VP Network Services at AsiaTel, and managing operations at Interpacket Networks, showcasing expertise in international telecommunications and technical leadership. Gary Shive began his career in the US Army Space Command and holds an Associate Degree in Electronics from the University of Maryland.
