Shelley Harper-Lee

Shelley Harper-Lee is currently the OGL Development Lead and ERP Trainer at Fudgelearn, where they lead a team in designing and implementing in-application learning for Oracle ERP programs. They have previously held roles as an Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandising Trainer at Next Group PLC and Superdry, where they developed foundational skills in merchandising and training. Shelley is pursuing a Level 5 qualification in Learning and Development from CIPD and a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Leeds. With a passion for user-centered learning, they focus on creating intuitive and effective training solutions that align with organizational goals.
