Tracy Hook

Tracy Hook is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and management. Since April 2006, Tracy has served as a Partner at Fudpucker's and as the Accounting Manager for Fudpucker's Management Company, overseeing various financial aspects and operations across multiple establishments, including restaurants and an alligator attraction. Tracy's experience also includes partnerships in Pelican's Roost Unlimited and Fudpucker's Beachside Bar & Grill, as well as roles in past companies such as Poppy's Seafood Factory, Children's House, and Marriott International. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and has studied French language and art history at Alliance Francaise de Paris.
