We are convinced that strong (disciplinary or lateral) leadership is hardly based on aloofness, hierarchical behaviour, and dominant appearance. What is needed now is the ability to reflect, systemic understanding, strength of character, resilience, and empathy of an executive - be it in a hierarchical position or not. And all of this can be learned.

As independent consultants and lecturers in international executive education and training institutions, we provide effective tools for successful management and impactful leadership approaches through seminars, executive MBA programs and individual coaching. 

WHO WE ARE
fuehrung-stark.ch is the coaching brand of new spirit Institute St. Gallen, run by its founders Caroline Müllner and Markus Müllner. Caroline held various management positions in the financial, the medical device and the software industry. Markus holds a PhD in economics from renowned University of St. Gallen/Switzerland. He used to work as a managing director in the medical device and executive education industries.
