Tom Perry

Tom Perry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Programmes at Fuel Learning since July 2025. Previously, Tom was the Global Head of Learning and Development at Opus Talent Solutions, where a focus was placed on creating impactful training and resources for employee development. Prior roles include Leadership Development Manager for Flutter Entertainment Plc’s UK&I Division and Skills Manager at Sky Betting and Gaming, overseeing strategic initiatives in leadership development. Earlier in Tom's career at Direct Line Group, significant contributions were made in various capacities, including Leadership Development Facilitator and Capability Consultant, where engagement and leadership programmes were managed and implemented. Tom holds a Joint Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with further qualifications in executive coaching and learning and development.
