Ashley Pair

Ashley Pair is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in business optimization, employee relations, and client satisfaction. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Fuel Made since January 2016, Ashley focuses on developing HR initiatives, mentoring team members, and enhancing company profitability. Previous roles include Project Manager at Fuel Made, Product Manager at Red Nova Labs, Claims Services Support at Zurich North America, and Store Manager at both Cross-Lines Community Outreach and Forever21, where Ashley managed large teams and improved operational processes. With a Master’s degree in Project Management from Avila University and a Bachelor’s in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Ashley combines an educational foundation with practical expertise in the e-commerce and retail sectors.
