James Molina has over 24 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as a Mechanical Engineer at Dygoil. James then worked as an HVAC Design Engineer, Estimator, and Drafter at Heatmasters Mechanical from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, they were a Product Design Engineer at Tempco Electric Heater Corporation. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at RAM Mechanical Services as an HVAC Design Engineer, Estimator, and Drafter. James joined Indeck Power Equipment Company in 2006 and held various roles, including Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and ultimately, Project Manager. During their tenure, they oversaw multiple watertube steam boiler plants and HTHW generator plants from project award to start-up completion. James also provided technical guidance, reviewed specifications, and ensured adherence to contract requirements. In 2022, James joined Fuel Tech, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager.
James Molina earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo, where they studied from 1992 to 1998. James later pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, from 2003 to 2005.
