Roel Deuss has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Roel started their career as a Recruitment Consultant and Practice Manager at Eclectic International, where they secured an international transfer to the company's Philadelphia branch and later established and managed the operations of their San Francisco office. Roel then founded and served as the Head of GTM at Savantis Solutions, where they launched an SAP ERP Solutions enterprise and consistently achieved high annual sales.

After a sabbatical period, Roel joined Bimser International as the Head of Channel (Pre)Sales and Operations, where they led the go-to-market strategy in North America and MEA, exceeded sales quotas, and managed a cross-functional team. Roel later joined Ascendify, first as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Director, managing complex enterprise sales and evangelizing an integrated SaaS suite of talent acquisition and management solutions. Roel was then promoted to VP & GM - Aspire, overseeing a team and driving strategic initiatives.

Roel also worked as an Advisor and Angel Investor at The Garden by Equal Play, providing guidance and investment support. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Solutions Consulting at Fuel50, where they lead a global team and drives significant ARR growth. Roel reoriented the sales process to be customer-focused and solutions-selling, incorporating AI Skills Architecture and an Internal Talent Marketplace.

Throughout their career, Roel Deuss has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and strategic skills across various industries, including technology and talent solutions.

Roel Deuss completed their Masters degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Tilburg University, which spanned from 1991 to 1996. Following this, they pursued another Masters degree in European Social Policy Analysis at Tilburg University, which they completed in 1997. In addition to their formal education, Roel Deuss has obtained certifications such as the SELI BlackBelt Leadership Workshop from The SE Leadership Institute in March 2021 and the Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals certification from LinkedIn in January 2021.
