Matthew Crosby

Matthew Crosby is an experienced professional in commercial analysis and corporate development, currently serving as Director of Commercial Analysis for both FUGA and Downtown Music Holdings since May 2023. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Corporate Development Analyst at Proper Group, focusing on M&A for a Swiss fintech in the music industry. Previous roles include Head of Label Management & Business Affairs at Night Department, where management of a cross-functional team was pivotal, and various positions at Innovest Advisory, contributing to impact investment research for high-profile stakeholders. Matthew's career began with internships, including investment research at Stonehage Fleming and research assistance at the FW de Klerk Foundation. Matthew holds a GDL in Law from BPP Law School, an MSc in Political Economy of Development from SOAS University of London, and a BA in International Relations and Development from the University of Sussex.
