Alan Jacquez

Alan Jacquez, M.S., has over 5 years of professional experience in geospatial analysis and marine geophysics. Currently serving as a Geospatial AI Specialist II at Fugro, Alan leads the Esri GIS deep learning initiative, integrating AI into land and marine mapping while managing global training programs and scalable AWS infrastructure. Previously held roles include Project Geoscientist and Staff Geoscientist at Fugro, where responsibilities included geophysical site investigation, data interpretation, and report writing. Alan’s academic background includes a Master's degree in Geophysics and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Texas at El Paso, complemented by earlier experience as a Lead Environmental Consultant at RPS Energy and a Coach at San Elizario School District.
