Alick Thame

Alick Thame has over two decades of extensive experience in the geophysical survey and remote operations sectors, currently serving as the Operational Technology Services Manager at Fugro since 2004, where responsibilities include building a global team to support innovations. Previous roles at Fugro include Global Programme Manager for Remote Operations and Support Services and IToV Global Implementation Manager, as well as various positions focused on the smooth operation of geophysical survey vessels and AUVs. Prior to the current tenure at Fugro, Alick held roles at Thales Geosolutions and Racal Survey (North Sea) Ltd as a Senior Survey Technician and Party Chief, gaining valuable freelance experience under retainer contracts. Alick's career in geophysical surveying began at GARDLINE SURVEYS LIMITED as a Geophysical Survey Engineer. Alick holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from City College Norwich.
