Andy Herlache

Andy Herlache is an accomplished civil and geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President and Activity Center Manager at Fugro Consultants.com since August 2005, Andy has a robust background that includes holding the position of Principal Geotechnical Engineer at both Olivia Chen Consultants, Inc. from June 2002 to July 2005 and Subsurface Consultants, Inc. from June 1996 to September 1999. Prior experience includes a progressive role at Harding Lawson Associates from 1984 to 1996, evolving from Staff to Associate Geotechnical Engineer. Andy holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by early education at Kalamazoo College.
