Bari Blanks is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. As the Head of Legal-Americas at Fugro, Bari brings significant expertise in legal matters. Previous roles include serving as Energy Advisor at the Office of Louisiana Lieutenant Governor, Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel at Nexus PMG, and U.S. Legal Director at CES Energy Solutions Corp. Bari is also the Principal Owner of Blanks & Associates, LLC. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) in International Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Systems with a Minor in Latin American Studies from Southern Methodist University.
