Billy Gardner, PMP, has extensive experience in the surveying and construction support industry, currently serving as Director - IRM & Construction Support for the Americas and the USA at Fugro since January 2012. Prior roles at Fugro include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, following a position as Survey Party Chief at UTEC SURVEY for a brief period in 2011. Previous experience also includes work as an Acoustic Survey Specialist at Fugro Chance and Party Chief at Stovall & Associates Land Surveying. Billy began a career with the US Army as an M1 Abrams Armor Crewman from August 2002 to March 2006. Educational credentials include a Certificate of Surveying and Mapping obtained from Tyler Junior College between 2007 and 2008.
