Chethiya Herath is an accomplished surveyor with extensive experience in various surveying disciplines. Currently serving as a Surveyor at Fugro since December 2022, Chethiya provides services for positioning and construction support activities. Previously held roles include Director at Aerotech Engineering Survey (Private) Limited from November 2021 to November 2022 and Senior Surveyor at Engineering Design & Project Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. from September 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities encompassed a range of engineering and construction surveys including GNSS, drone, and bathymetric surveys. Chethiya’s earlier experience includes working as a Senior Surveyor at CML-MTD Construction (Pvt) Ltd, contributing to major projects such as the Rehabilitation of Roads in Badulla District and the Upper Elahera Canal Project, and as a Trainee Hydrographic Surveyor at the National Aquatic Resources Research and Development Agency.
