David Garrard

David Garrard serves as the Regional Tax Manager for Fugro, overseeing tax management for the company's operations across Africa in three key divisions: Offshore Survey, Subsea Services, and Geotechnical. Prior to this role, David held positions as Regional Tax Manager at Halliburton Industries Limited and Finance Director at Kellogg Brown & Root, managing finances for the latter's South African operations. David began a career in finance as a Finance Manager at Altech Industries. Educational qualifications include Hons. B.Compt, B.Compt, and a Diploma in Advanced Taxation from the University of South Africa.
