David Millar

David Millar serves as the Government Accounts Director for the Americas at Fugro since September 2017 and is a member of the GEBCO Guiding Committee since June 2018. Additionally, David has been a member of the Ocean Exploration Advisory Board at NOAA since October 2020. Prior to these roles, David was a member of the Board of Directors for The Maritime Alliance and held various leadership positions at Fugro Pelagos, Inc., including President and Vice President of Coastal Mapping and LIDAR Services. David's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Navigation Services at Thales GeoSolutions and Manager of Navigation Services at Racal Pelagos. David began a career in surveying as a Survey Engineer at Pelagos Corporation after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Surveying Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Physics from Mount Allison University.
