Erik Beckers

Erik Beckers is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Group CIO at Fugro since May 2025. Prior to this role, Erik held several leadership positions at Nutreco, including Chief Information Officer and Director of Corporate IT, from January 2007 to July 2025. Erik also contributed to EY as an Executive Director in the ITRA division and a Senior Manager in Program Advisory Services from July 2007 to October 2012, and was a Senior Project Manager for IT Audit in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Earlier in Erik's career, an Ad Interim Governance Risk Manager role was undertaken at Shell from January 2004 to December 2012. Erik holds an Executive Education in Advanced Management and Leadership from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master's degree as a Certified IT Auditor from TIAS School for Business and Society.
