Guus Hoogewerf

Guus Hoogewerf is currently serving as the Business Manager for the Philippines within the International Leadership Track at Fugro, starting in November 2022. In this role, Guus oversees an ERP implementation across four entities in Hong Kong, managing project lifecycles and change management initiatives. Previous experience includes coordinating global technology rollouts as a Pilot Programme Manager and various positions at IKEA Group, TU Delft, and Mijnbouwkundige Vereeniging. Guus holds a triple Master's degree in Applied Geophysics from Delft University of Technology, ETH Zürich, RWTH Aachen University, and KAUST, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Earth Sciences from Delft University of Technology.
