Hedwig Sietsma

Hedwig Sietsma is a Global Director of Sustainability with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. They began their career at ZOA as a Junior Manager General Affairs and progressed to become a Corporate Management Trainee at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where they completed significant projects and managed operations for intercontinental flights. Most recently, they served as Director of Sustainability at KLM before moving to Fugro in 2024. Hedwig holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Change Management from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
