James Free is a seasoned geophysicist with extensive experience at Fugro from April 2015 to the present, where responsibilities include data collection, processing, interpretation, quality assurance, and report writing. Expertise encompasses method statement preparation, health and safety risk assessments, client and contractor liaison, and comprehensive use of ground penetrating radar (GPR), concrete and steel core sampling, downhole seismic testing, and utilities detection. Prior to this role, James served as a GIS Assistant at CASP in multiple capacities, contributing to the creation of detailed maps for geologists using ArcGIS. James holds a BSc in Applied Geology from the University of Exeter and Camborne School of Mines, earned between 2010 and 2013.
