Julia Roope

Julia Roope is a Regional Offshore Wind Strategy Manager at Fugro, with over 15 years of experience in marine science, commercial management, and business development. They have held leadership positions that involved building and managing teams, with a focus on fostering relationships in the offshore wind sector to enhance market presence. Julia has contributed to the renewable energy industry as a mentor with Regen Women in Renewable Energy (ReWire) and as an alumni of RenewableUK's Shadow Board. They also co-chair the Floating Offshore Wind Subgroup of the DeepWind Cluster, aimed at advancing floating wind initiatives. Julia holds an Integrated Masters in Oceanography from the University of Southampton and completed MBA Essentials at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
